Beginning with the NY Cannabis Alliance‘s “LeGAYlize” it event on the eve of 4/20, to a 4:20am attempted Today Show rally by Empire State NORML (that was rudely held back by security) and the Marijuana Logues during the evening hours, New York City had a good time on 4/20! High Five is a new and first in a series of recurring events launching this weekend in NYC that is going to be focusing on supporting NYC marijuana legalization, art and music.
